To my valued patients:

As you may already know, over the last few years, I began referring my patients into the care of our highly trained team of physicians as I prepared for my retirement. Transferring a practice to new owners can be quite a lengthy process; however, I am happy to announce that Dr. Peter Lam and Dr. Daniel Bustos now share in the ownership of Victoria Eye Center. While I will remain part owner and will still be involved in some management of the practice, I will no longer be providing direct care to patients as of March 31, 2026. I confidently leave Victoria Eye Center in the hands of its new owners who will continue the vision of providing Victoria and our many surrounding communities with the latest advances in ophthalmic surgery, clinical skill, and the absolute best quality eyecare.

Of course, you may seek care from another doctor outside of our practice if you’d prefer. Your medical records are confidential and a copy can be transferred to another doctor with your permission. If you would like us to send your records to another physician, please fill out a records release form and mail or fax the request to us using the contact information below. You can also call us to request a transfer of records.

It has been my pleasure to serve this community for the last 30 years. I greatly appreciate you choosing Victoria Eye Center for all of your eyecare needs.
